Have you traveled through rural areas in Northern India in springtime? It is the time when the winter chill is giving way to glorious days with blue sky and cool sunshine. Farmers plant wheat and mustard together and the crops are harvested soon after spring. In springtime, one sees acres and acres of yellow carpet of mustard flowers towering over the green sea of wheat plants. And if you sit and watch for a while, you see the “Basanti Hawa” blowing quietly and most refreshingly, making waves in wheat crop.
